Silent Movies

I love silent movies, both short and full-length, and I plan to watch them
more often on Youtube.
This interest in silent films inspired my newest collection.

These candy buttons used to drive me crazy when I was a kid. I never could eat them without getting paper in my mouth AND in my teeth.

The Big Bang Theory-The Very Last Scene

 Whenever I see the very last scene from the final episode of
The Big Bang Theory, I can't help thinking that they shouldn't
have ended it with the theme song being sung as a dirge.
Instead, that scene should have been the entire cast singing
Soft Kitty.

Having VS Owning

Having and owning are not always the same thing. If you take a book out of the library, you HAVE it, but you don't OWN it. Edited to add: People who admit to wrongdoing OWN up, but they don't HAVE up.
I love playing around with word usage!

I opened a can of cat food, and Winky stood up and spread his front paws as if he were dancing, and meowed as if he were singing. You'd have thought he was auditioning for a cat food commercial! LOL!
